The next payment of $320.00 is due at the Scout Hut by September 20. The final payment of $320.00 is due February 21, 2012. This is the venue cost only.   Travel costs TBA.

Philmont fees can be paid through Paypal. This is a free service if payment is made  through your bank checking or savings account. You do not need a Paypal account. Use of a debit or credit card will incure a service charge! The process is easy: (1) click the Send Money tab at the welcome screen (or sign on if you have an acccount and click the Send Money tab),  (2) follow the prompts and (3) send your payment to bsa632pensacola@gmail.com. You will receive an email receipt. 

FEE SCHEDULE

Program cost is $740.00.  Additional costs TBA. Expect a cost of approximately $1200.00.  The program fee payment schedule is as follows:

  • $320 is due on or before the meeting on September 27, 2011; and

  • $320 is due on or before the meeting February 21, 2012.

A NOTE ON FUNDRAISING

The troop will be scheduling fundraisers on a regular basis throughout the year to: (1) eliminate dues arrearages; and (2) offset pogram costs. The goal is to make the boys responsible for the costs of their activities, particularly summer camp and Philmont. To date, we've had several car washes, a Chick Fil A Spirit Night and popcorn sales. We'll be selling the council camp card at various Publix locations  beginning in February.  Funds raised from these activities are apportioned by event participation.
